by Papa Techie

by Papa Techie

The Chicco Polly is a highchair that claims to be one of the narrowest in class when folded.

It has many safety options to keep your child safe during operation. This chair comes complete with a five point safety harness and a fabric cover that is easy to clean and claims to be one of the best that you can purchase for your baby.

The assembly of this particular highchair was relatively easy and fast. The wheels came pre-assembled as four on the bottom of the legs which when inserted into the main frame was quickly done with an audible snap. The chair comes complete with brakes already on all four wheels to keep toddler or baby from moving around suddenly.

All of the safety buttons are color-coded orange and can be easily found. This includes raising and lowering the chairs in different places to accommodate certain situations. Whether you’re sitting at the table or sitting down on a chair to take care of your baby, each level seems to work just fine.
There is a foot bracket for your toddler or infant to rest their feet on and it is operated with 2 safety buttons. Both of the armrests raise and lower by pressing an orange safety button underneath each arm.

There are audible clicks to be heard when making additional modifications to the chair. The back of the chair is adjustable to several reclining and upright positions for your baby or toddler to better suit their comfort zone.

When raising or lowering or folding make sure that your child it’s not inside this is for safety purposes so you don’t accidentally collapsed the high chair or accidentally drop the seat too hard because back injury to your child even though highly unlikely could occur.

The really great feature of this particular chair is how large the serving tray is very large and get plenty of area for your baby or toddler to have fun at while they eat their food without worrying too much about doing a lot of clean up on the floor. It has a very wide table and comes with 2 plastic table cover trays for quick changing.

When folded, the Chicco Polly will fit in an area of about 12 inches for the narrow and the overall width of it is probably about that of a closet door. This chair is very lightweight and the material used for the padding as well as cloth is very well constructed as well as the five-point safety harness. This highchair is so light and compact that it would be a great travel tool to have in case you needed to have a highchair with you.

In summary, this highchair will have many years of good service for your baby or toddler in their infant for toddlers whenever they need to eat or just hang out in the kitchen with mom and dad. If you’re in the market for a highchair and you need to have versatility along with portability this might be something for you to take a look at.
