The container of garments, according to a U.S. Customs and Border Protection release yesterday, originated in Egypt and was headed to California. It was referred to the CBP due to “commodity inconsistencies which, in this instance, means the shipment was manifested as “household goods.”

After examination, shirts with questionable Disney and Nickelodeon/Spin Master trademarks were found. Customs and border protection officials confiscated the clothing and discovered the consignee did not have the authority to import the shirts.
